The author's writing is twofold. In the first part, he analyses Bernadett Szekeres' book on the relationship between self-employment and entrepreneurship, engagement, and employment contracts in an above-average book review. Then, in the second part of his writing, he is further thinking the analysis of Szekeres about the relationship between self-employment and the long-term entrepreneurship, agency. According to this, he raises, that a permanent contract about the entrepreneurship and agency is so different from an ad hoc contract of entrepreneurship and agency, that, together with a permanent brokerage contract, it should be regulated as a separate type of contract in the Civil Code.
