The technological development in recent years, the appearance of artificial intelligence and its spread brought several many new directions of scientific research. Jurisprudence is no exception to this, since there is probably no field of law which would remain completely free from technological impacts. Within the private law, liability issues raised by new vehicles resulting from technological developments are one dominant research direction. Nevertheless, these questions are closely linked to the field of administrative law, constitutional law and data protection as well. The appearance of artificial intelligence also poses serious questions in the field of classical contract law; revealing issues relating to smart contracts can be drawn as new research direction.
