The possible law enforcement questions and answers of the property compensation

Abstract

In my study I analyze the Pevtv., which enters to force on 1st of January 2022 and I try to give answers of those questions, which will give birth to controversy in the daily judical exercise. I formulate my oppinion in the deficit of the case law, and I emphasize that it tolerates the professional conversation. i think taht this new compensation expects attention from the citizens, beacause it is a sensitive topic, when we talk about that courts make damages against their function with long proceedings.
