Abstract

The aim of the current study is to examine the regulation of certain Middle-East countries in order to reveal how the right to religious freedom prevails in those countries. Furthermore to examine how the differences in the regulations on religious freedom affect extent of religious discrimination either objectively or subjectively. Special attention is paid to the religious discrimination in the education system, highlighting the aspects of wearing religious symbols.
