In the present study, after a brief dogmatic overview, the relevant judicial decisions are systematized from the period of the regime change to the present day, on the basis of which, a number of typical cases can be distinguished from contracts against public morals. We place special emphasis on the presentation of the practice related to the new Civil Code and the exploration of possible anomalies. After all, the application of the general clause provides an important guarantee that transactions which, in the opinion of the general public, are clearly immoral cannot cause the desired legal effect in the previously unimaginable economic turnover.
