Abstract

The main objective of the study is to examine the relationship between consumer rights and invalidation, and the development trend of the relationship between the two jurisdictions. The analysis relates to this issue in the first line, taking into account the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure (the provisions of a lower level of legislation are only mentioned at the level of mention). In addition, it also sets out some examples of the legal consequences of nullity of consumer contracts.
