Labour law rules can be examined from many different angles: jurisprudential, taxonomic, linguistic, sociological.
The purpose of evaluation and impact analysis is to determine the effectiveness of various socio-political interventions and measures. Their task is to assess the quality of interventions and to establish the existence and strength of causal links between the measures under evaluation and the changes that follow them, based on empirical evidence.
In this paper, I focus on the ex post analysis of the effects of labour law legislation, given that these legal relations are largely permeated by changes in economic life and that legislation must therefore respond to these changes.
