In this paper, the author, following the critical thinking of Professor Emeritus Prugberger, examines whether current and known future labour law regulations related to the place of work meet the requirement of sustainability to create predictable working conditions for workers that combine flexibility with security. In this context, the author highlights the points at issue in relation to the amended post-emergency rules on the habitual place of work and teleworking.
