Generally, persons who are considered insured are entitled to a specific social insurance cash benefit or service in kind. Therefore, the definition and assessment of the insurance obligation is of primary importance. This creates a legal basis for the obligation to pay contributions, which will establish the right to benefits. In the social security system, the insured can receive various benefits - sick pay, maternity benefits (for example, infant care fee, childcare fee), old age pension, health services, i.e. medical care. However, other conditions must also be met for eligibility. If a domestic individual is not insured and is not entitled to health care services under any other legal title, he must pay a health care service contribution. In this article, I analyze the relevant rules.
