The aim of the study is to examine the effects of the Act on Family Farms, which is the basis of agricultural farm law, and the legislation on the transfer of agricultural farms, which ensures the continuity of family farming between generations, on the rules of land transfer, which can now be said to be traditional. The basic question: does family farming have so many advantages as a form of business that it induces the transformation of traditionally other capital or asset pooling companies. Does the economic transfer, which includes all capital elements, and its special contracts promote this process?
