Abstract

In the wake of the COVID-19 epidemic, governments have introduced restrictive measures for citizens, which has also affected the world of work. In recent years, the Hungarian government has introduced emergency regulations, which have had an impact on labour law as well. In this study, we examined to what extent the emergency regulations were constitutional and to what extent they violated labour law principles.
