Abstract

This brief summary is based on the author’s presentation held on the 8th of October 2020 on the international conference titled Straf- und bußgeldrechtliche Verantwortung von Unternehmen insbesondere im Kartell- und Datenschutzrecht de lege lata und de lege ferenda organised by the University of Heidelberg and the University of Miskolc. The study gives a short introduction to the comparison of the Directive (EU) 2019/633 on unfair trading practices in business-to-business relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain and the Hungarian regulation on the unfair practices of distributors.
