Possible solutions of gross disparity in copyright law relations

Abstract

In the following study, I would like to show how the difference in values between service and consideration can appear in copyright law relations and what special solutions are offered by the copyright law system to this problem affecting authors. The study therefore examines which legal institution offers the more effective protection for authors in the event of financial disadvantage: the classical legal institution of gross disparity known from civil law, or the application of a special copyright rule, the bestseller clause.
