The Hungarian Civil Code through the eyes of an environmental lawyer – Thoughts on Judit Pump’s book

Abstract

Judit Pump's book was published in the last days of 2019. The book discusses certain provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code in a somewhat unusual, but at the same time innovative and thought-provoking perspective. Interpreting the provisions of civil law "through green glasses" is a more timely challenge today than ever. This review contains the thoughts expressed while turning the pages of the book without claiming to be complete.
