Abstract

Constitutional identity, placed in the space of integration, is a concept which definition requires not only an understanding of the meaning and content of the constitution and identity, but also the ability to place them precisely in the system of integration, which often gives new meanings to legal concepts that have not even been clarified at national level. However, despite all the difficulties, the issue is worth tackling, as in the future it could mark important borders for both Member States and the European Union.
