Abstract

In the comparative analysis of employment and work in the public interest, our main goal is to get to know and present the theoretical and practical background of the two legal concepts. The study analyzes in detail the characteristics of the employment relationship and public interest work, their subjects, and the comparison of the employment law characteristics of the employment relationship and public interest work.
